Abstract

we calculated the plasmonic feature of the trapezoidal nanograting using FEM. The plasmon polaritons of the structure can be quantitatively controlled by the geometries. We also showed an unambiguous correlation between the enhancements in electric field intensity and the nanostructure geometry under normal incident light.
