Crystallizing Kerr Cavity Pulse Peaks in a Timing Lattice

Abstract

We show theoretically that a Kerr-nonlinear resonator pumped by two coherent light sources separated by multiple cavity free spectral ranges can spontaneously create regularized pulse peaks, a structure akin to a time crystal.
