Laser-Assisted 2D Material-Based Highly Responsive Flexible Photosensor

Abstract

Upon laser irradiation, the sensitivity gets enhanced up to 22 times by the insertion of two-dimensional materials having a large density of state due to the speeding up of carrier dissociation at the heterojunction interface.
