Abstract
A scheme of a oscillator system based on a cavity filled with a CNT array is proposed. The generation mechanism is associated with a strong resonant interaction arising from the noise of an electromagnetic wave in the THz range with an unsteady current. A theoretical model is proposed that describes the amplification and generation of THz radiation in the structure. The results of the work can be used to create new THz CW generators.
