Abstract
Two graphene-based nonlinear multi-channel components are presented. They include a graphene-enhanced silicon disk resonator for all-optical saturable-absorption-induced routing in the NIR together with a high conversion-efficiency graphene standing-wave micro-ribbon resonator for FWM in the FIR.
