Abstract

We present a genetic algorithm that maximizes the conversion efficiency of mid-infrared dispersive wave in a 5-mm-long LiNbO3 waveguide. The optimal dispersive wave will benefit trace gas sensing and Fourier transform infrared spectromicroscopy.
