Multi-wavelength achromatic metasurface deflector for visible light using inverse design

Abstract

In this study, we propose an achromatic metasurface deflector operating at primary color wavelengths of 470 nm, 550 nm, and 660 nm. An inverse design method based on topology optimization is utilized for metasurface design.
