Nonlinear Light Intensity Dependence of a Photosensor Protein Detected by Time-Resolved Diffusion Method

Abstract

A time-resolved diffusion method was used to reveal reactions of a photosensor protein, BlrP1. It was found that conformational changes for biological function depends nonlinearly on the excitation light intensity.
