Abstract

A multipolar-modulated metasurface based on silicon-rich silicon nitride (SRN) is studied. By adjusting the refractive index of SRN and the height-to-diameter ratio of the nanodisk, the dramatic enhancement in the monochromaticity of reflection spectra can be obtained.
