Optical trapping-Raman spectroscopy for identification and detection of bioaerosol particles

Abstract

We measured Raman spectra of single particles of six different bioaerosol samples using optical trapping-Raman spectroscopy (OT-RS). Results show that the OT-RS technique can be potentially used for identification and detection of single bioaerosol particles.
