Optical Studies of Dysprosium Doped Novel Niobate Based Phosphor for W-led Application

Abstract

A series of dysprosium doped niobate-based phosphor was successfully synthesized for the first time. Their crystal structure and steady-state luminescence characteristics were investigated. Study of CIE chromaticity diagram showed its potential application in w-LED.
