Abstract

A comparative analysis on the birefringence behavior in the newly emerging hybrid Si₃N₄ - LNOI and proposed Si₃N₄ - TiO₂ – LNOI platform is performed. The condition for zero and high birefringence has been established in the study for the X cut Y propagating LNOI configuration.
