Photon Counting Panoramic 3D imaging

Abstract

Panoramic 3D imaging with a Gm-APD array detector over 300 m distance in daylight conditions is demonstrated. Panorama acquisition of 128 rows×350 columns/second is achieved limited by laser pulse energy and background light.
