Abstract

Supercontinuum with 10dB bandwidth over 400nm and a novel multicarrier source with more than 1800 channels, uniform spacing of 25GHz based on a 3mm silicon photonic wire are introduced. Simulation shows that well meets the requirements of ultradense wavelength-division multiplexing.
