Abstract

Terahertz spectroscopy techniques have become a powerful tool for semiconductor nanocrystals due to its non-contact, coherence and instantaneous. In recent years, there are some achievement on photoelectric properties and photoelectric transform of semiconductor nanocrystals with various morphology. The applications of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy on semiconductor nanocrystals are reviewed.
