Terahertz super thin planar lens

Abstract

A super thin lens for terahertz radiation focusing is designed based on V shaped antennas resonance. The thickness of the lens is only 1/4000 of the wavelength of the radiation to be focused. Experiment results obtained by a terahertz focusing imaging system correspond to the theoretical expectations quite well.
