Multiparametric evaluation of the degree of hindlimb ischemia with mathematical model and hemodynamics of ICG

Abstract

Based on dynamic fluorescence imaging, multiple parameters were extracted from a mathematical model and hemodynamics of ICG. This method was proved capable of quantitatively evaluating the degree of hindlimb ischemia in a mouse model.
