Stain-Free Interferometric Phase Microscopy of Individual Sperm Cells and Machine Learning Analysis

Abstract

Human sperm cells were imaged using interferometric phase microscopy, features were extracted, and a support vector machine was trained to classify sperm cells by morphology. Precisions of 90% and higher were obtained.
