Synthetic Schlieren Tomography of Focused Ultrasound Transducers

Abstract

Synthetic schlieren tomography is a technique for imaging of ultrasound fields based on deflection of light due to acousto-optic effect. In this work, principal physics, and pressure field estimation are described and compared with measurements.
