Compressive Imaging Flow Cytometry and “Image-Free” Image Classification

Abstract

We introduce an imaging flow cytometry method based on single-pixel compressive imaging. With this method, we performed real-time analysis based on cell image information without retrieving the actual images and high-throughput image information-based cell sorting.
