Multipole Spatio-angular Fluorescence Microscopy

Abstract

We model a wide class of spatio-angular fluorescence microscopes as linear Hilbert space operators. Our framework is general enough to model multipole absorber/emitters, polarized structured illumination, polarized detection, and multiview methods.
