Analysis of ZnO Random Laser Spectra under Nanosecond Pumping

Abstract

Plausible origin of ZnO random laser spectra variations from shot to shot and its large line widths under nanosecond pumping are analyzed. Considered items are: spontaneous emission fluctuations and peculiarities of lasing time behavior.
