Abstract

Two-stage frequency conversion of multiline CO laser in a single nonlinear crystal ZnGeP2 is demonstrated. Broadband laser source operating simultaneously on 670 spectral lines in wavelength range 2.5-8.3µm (more than one-and-half octave) is developed.
