Direct Modulation of Quantum Cascade Lasers for Chirped Laser Dispersion Spectroscopy

Abstract

This paper provides an analysis of direct modulation of a quantum cascade laser for applications in chirped laser dispersion spectroscopy (CLaDS). The developed laser model is used to model the CLaDS signals with high accuracy.
