Advanced hollow fiber spectroscopy system for trace gas and isotope analysis of very small sample volumes

Abstract

We describe a sensor using a hollow fiber that both confines a gas sample and guides a laser beam to a detector. Improvements and demonstrations are discussed including isotope measurements of picomole level samples.
