Imaging Nanostructures with Near-Field Microscopy

Abstract

Near-field microscopy used in the apertured "photon scanning tunneling" mode was used to image a range on nanostructured systems including heterogeneous polymers, fiber Bragg gratings and colloid particle fractal assemblies.
