Nanoscale Imaging of Chromatin with Labeled and Label-Free Super-Resolution Microscopy and Partial-Wave Spectroscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate a multimodal imaging system that combines partial-wave spectroscopic microscopy and spectroscopic super-resolution microscopy to study chromatin topology. This instrument allows nanoscale visualization of labeled and unlabeled chromatin with molecular and structural contrast.
