Abstract

We developed an integrated system for label-free in-vivo skin morphology and biochemical analysis. It provides simultaneous, co-registered reflectance confocal microscopy and multiphoton microscopy imaging and performs targeted Raman spectroscopy of interested microstructures under imaging guidance.
