High-resolution 3D Blood Flow Tomography in the Sub-diffuse Regime Using Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging

Abstract

We present a novel high-resolution (down to capillary levels) computational optical imaging technique based on laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) principles, for 3D reconstruction of blood flow maps in complex tissue over a large FOV.
