SPAD Sensors for Time-Gated Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract

SPADs are forefront candidates for fluorescence rejection in time-gated Raman spectroscopy. Different chip architectures are analyzed to highlight key aspects for future ultrafast sensors capable of undistorted Raman peak identification.
