Considerations for Human Translation of Diffuse in vivo Flow Cytometry of Circulating Tumor Cells

Abstract

We recently developed “diffuse in vivo flow cytometry” (DiFC) to fluorescently detect circulating cells in mice. In this work we used simulations and phantom experiments to study the feasibility of using DiFC in humans.
