Sensitivity of time-domain near-infrared imaging to rheumatoid arthritis disease activity: an in silico and phantom study

Abstract

Virtual models and solid phantoms were created to simulate rheumatoid arthri-tis (RA) disease states. Time-domain datasets from simulations and phantom measurements were processed to extract parameters sensitive to simulated RA disease activity.
