Abstract

We present a time-domain mesoscopic fluorescence m olecular tomogra-phy (TD-MFMT) system for multiplexed molecular imaging in turbid media. Our results demonstrate the system’s ability of quantifying fluorescence lifetime and performing 3D unmixed imaging in turbid media.
