Bright-field imaging and quantification of viral particles using Gires-Tournois immunoassay platform

Abstract

We present the Gires-Tournois immunoassay platform, which provides unique color dynamics in response to optical environment changes, enabling the bright-field imaging and facile quantification of bioparticles using conventional optical microscopy.
