Long-Range High-Speed 3D Tracking via Interferometric Scattering Microscopy

Abstract

We present a long-range three-dimensional tracking technique using interfero-metric scattering microscopy to follow single nanoparticles over tens of micrometers axial range and at speeds of up to 100 kHz with nanometer precision.
