Thick-tissue Tri-labeling with Immunofluorescence and a Fluorescent Analog of H&E for Image-translation-assisted Segmentation in 3D (ITAS3D)

Abstract

We developed a thick-tissue labeling protocol for immunofluorescence and a fluorescent analog of H&E. The optically cleared labeled tissue can be used to train an algorithm to generate synthetic immunofluorescence for segmenting 3D tissue structures.
