Abstract

We used diffuse optical neuromonitoring to monitor cerebral perfusion, oxygenation, and metabolism changes during and after decannulation from extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in an infant with congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Recruitment of more patients is ongoing.
