Optical Cerebral Blood Flow Monitoring of a Traumatic Brain Injury Patient

Abstract

Diffuse correlation spectroscopy was used in neuro-intensive care settings on a patient suffering from severe traumatic brain injury. A good correlation in cerebral blood flow was found compared to invasive thermal diffusion flowmetry.
