Recipient cytoplast preparation by near-infrared femtosecond laser

Abstract

Oocyte enucleation by femtosecond laser pulses is a low-invasive method of recipient cytoplast preparation. Near-infrared femtosecond laser effectively destroys the metaphase plate but does not affect oocyte viability and development by itself.
