Study of Longitudinal Spatial Coherence Length of Monochromatic Light Sources for Sectioning of Multi-layered Samples

Abstract

A partially spatially coherent light is synthesized by a rotating diffuser and multi-multimode fibre bundle. We reported longitudinal spatial coherence length of three monochromatic light sources and performed surface profilometry of 20-rupee coin.
