Non-invasive Blood Analysis with Deep Learning and Oblique Back-illumination Microscopy

Abstract

We present images of blood cells from capillaries obtained via high-speed oblique back-illumination microscopy. These images have the potential to be analyzed with deep learning to estimate components of the complete blood count non-invasively.
