Abstract
We present the development of a fast and simple small-molecule fluorescent DNA stain for routine use of stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM) on clinically prepared tissue samples. We demonstrated its significance in imaging super-resolved chromatin structure at various stages of cancer development from human tissue samples.
