Non-Orthogonal Dual-Objective (NODO) Open-Top Light-Sheet (OTLS) Microscopy for 3D Pathology of Cleared Clinical Specimens

Abstract

Non-orthogonal dual-objective (NODO) open-top light-sheet (OTLS) microscopy is a novel method well-suited for moderate-NA cleared-tissue imaging. We present our latest NODO system optimized to image densely labeled clinical samples for 3D pathology.
