DFT-Guided Development of Raman Nanoparticle-Based Contrast Agents for High-Content Imaging

Abstract

Highly multiplexed imaging requires expanded set of contrast agents with signatures unique enough for successful spectral unmixing. We present a DFT-guided strategy for the curation of an expanded SERS nanoparticle library for extensive multiplexing.
