High-contrast, high-speed 3D imaging in vivo with HiLo based Fourier light field microscopy

Abstract

We propose to inhibit the fluorescence background in Fourier light field microscopy by structural illumination and computational reconstruction based on HiLo algorithm, and demonstrate its superior performance in high-contrast, high-speed 3D imaging in vivo.
