Abstract

Hydrophilic photoluminescent CdTe/ poly (1, 4–butanediol-citrate) (PBC) bioelastomer nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by a two-step method. CdTe nanoparticles were first synthesized in aqueous, then transferred into PBC to form CdTe/PBC composite by physical mixing.
