Abstract
Surface potential of MoS2 nanoflakes with different layers has been systematically studied by using Kelvin Probe Microscopy. Potential decreases with increasing thicknesses of MoS2 nanoflakes. The obvious interlayer screening effect was found, and the screening length is about 10 layers.
