Abstract

Superfine Fe3O4 with high specific surface area synthesized via ultrasonication and hydrolysis in ethanol amine. Fe3O4 delivered remarkable pseudocapacitive activity including high specific capacitance, good rate capability, and excellent cycling stability as supercapacitors.
