Surface Plasmon sensor based on bilayer metallic nanowire grating

Abstract

A bilayer metallic grating was fabricated by laser interfere lithography and E-beam evaporation. The lateral-guiding mode resonances excite a sharp peak in the reflection spectrum, which is red shifted with the increase of reflective index and incident angles for sensors.
