Preparation and Characterization of Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3/CaTiO3 Multilayer Heterogeneous Thin Films by Sol–gel Method

Abstract

Ca(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3/CaTiO3 multilayer heterogeneous thin films have been prepared by sol–gel method. The films are confirmed to be perovskite phase with dense, uniform surface, which possess higher dielectric constant, extraordinary low dielectric loss.
